San Marcos Activity Center

SynergyNDS responds to the City of San Marcos, TX Activity Center after a 6” pipe burst, causing major flooding throughout the bldg. Approximately 176,608 gallons of water discharged, affecting most of the building including but not limited to all hallways, banquet rooms, offices and the gymnasium. Work completed includes water extraction, emergency stabilization, demo of structural damage, containment services, packout and buildback.

Fort Worth Housing Solutions – Candletree Apartments

The SynergyNDS Recovery Team responds to the Fort Worth Housing Solutions Candletree Apartments after a fire in one of the unit kitchens resulted in smoke, heat, and fire damage to the unit. Recovery crews are currently completing emergency stabilization and demo services in addition to developing scopes of work for build back once demo has been completed.

Big Spring Building 615-D

The SynergyNDS Recovery Team responds to the Big Spring commercial warehouse building after a fire in the chemical waste storage area resulted in smoke, heat, and water damage to the storage area in addition to adjacent areas inside the warehouse. Recovery crews are currently completing emergency stabilization and demo services in addition to developing scopes of work for build back once demo has been completed.

Deep East Texas COG Office

The SynergyNDS Recovery Team responds to the Deep East Texas COG Office after an attic fire resulted in extreme smoke in all attic areas, which was pressurized and distributed throughout facility, resulting in substantial damage throughout the building. Recovery crews are currently completing emergency stabilization and demo services in addition to developing scopes of work for build back once demo has been completed.

San Marcos Police Facility

SynergyNDS responds to the City of San Marcos, TX Police Facility after water from heavy rains entered the building through apparent gap(s) in roof where new addition was being constructed. Work completed includes water extraction, emergency stabilization, demo of structural damage, containment services, packout and buildback. A temporary office was brought in to keep the police facility operational while repairs are being completed to the building.

Rowlett Community Center

SynergyNDS responds to the City of Rowlett, TX Community Center after the 50,000 square foot building flooded as a result of a rusted out expansion tank over kitchen ceiling on 2nd floor, which then flooded most of 2nd floor and ran down to the first floor through ceilings and walls. The damaged rooms consisted of the lobby, multiple mechanical rooms, stairways, meeting rooms, a gym, storage room, craft room, restrooms and the game room. Work completed includes water extraction, emergency stabilization, demo of structural damage, containment services, packout and buildback.

Bryan Event Center

SynergyNDS assists the City of Bryan, TX recover the Phillips Event Center after severe cold caused significant damage from flooding as a result of pipes freezing and bursting. Work completed includes water extraction, emergency stabilization, demo of structural damage, containment services, packout and buildback.

Abilene Health Department

SynergyNDS assists the City of Abilene, TX recover the Health Department after severe cold caused significant damage from flooding as a result of pipes freezing and bursting. Work completed includes water extraction, emergency stabilization, demo of structural damage, containment services, packout and buildback.

Burleson Golf Course Clubhouse

SynergyNDS assists the City of Burleson, TX recover the Hidden Creek Golf Course Clubhouse after severe cold caused significant damage from flooding as a result of pipes freezing and bursting. Work completed includes water extraction, emergency stabilization, demo of structural damage, containment services, packout and buildback.

Caldwell City Hall

SynergyNDS assists the City of Caldwell, TX recover their City Hall after severe cold caused significant damage from flooding as a result of pipes freezing and bursting.
