The Palm Valley City Hall sustained flood damage to interior surfaces (paneling and insulation) and contents. SynergyNDS completed initial emergency stabilization services including demo of wet carpet, disinfecting topical areas and beginning drying the structure. Additional demo of wall paneling and cleaning of wall cavities/stud plates was completed along with developing scopes of work for repairs to the building.
