Mexia Library – TX

The SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery Team responds to the Mexia Gibbs Memorial Library after a fire believed to be arson caused severe damage due to the building. Recovery crews are currently completing emergency stabilization and demo services in addition to developing scopes of work for build back once demo has been completed.  Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Port Neches Library & Fire Department – TX

The SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery Team responds to the Port Neches Library & Fire Department after a nearby TPC Chemical Plant caused damages due to shock wave from multiple explosions. Damages currently being bid out for repairs include but are not limited to flooring replacement, storefront glass repairs, ceiling grid repairs, drywall repairs and painting.  Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Tamarac – Community Center

SynergyNDS responds to the City of Tamarac after a fire due to kiln malfunction within the Community Center activated the fire suppression system, causing extensive water damage to the building. Response Teams arrived on site to perform the initial damage assessment and provide emergency stabilization services. The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Brooker – Pump House

SynergyNDS responds to the Town of Brooker after the town’s water tower malfunctioned and overflowed into the pump house below, damaging the electrical system, sheet rock, insulation and lighting of the building. Emergency Response Teams completed demo of damaged material and our currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Lauderdale Lakes – Fire House

SynergyNDS responds to the City of Lauderdale Lakes Fire House after a water leak in the men’s bathroom caused a weekend flood loss on the second floor of the building. Emergency Response Teams were deployed around 12:30 am less than 2 hours after loss first reported. Extent of damages were reviewed and drying resources were located in affected areas. Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Panama City – PC Pilot Museum

SynergyNDS responds to the historic PC Pilot Museum in Panama City after it sustained significant roof damage from Hurricane Michael late last year.  Damages included the stainless steel metal on roof, which was peeled back on the northwest side of building, resulting in water intrusion. SynergyNDS provided tarps and dehumidifiers for stabilization of the structure to prevent further damages to the building. Due to the historic nature of the building & contents, Antique Equipment & Displays needed to be secured and protected to prevent secondary damages, especially during flooring replacement. This was done by bringing in a temporary storage unit to house the museum pieces during repairs. Once Flooring and interior repairs are finished, detail cleaning/HEPA Vac will be completed before bringing the museum pieces back into the building. Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Callaway City Hall

The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Crew continue repairs to the Callaway City Hall after it sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. Crews have completed installing IT equipment into the building and are currently finishing off chair rail and baseboard around doors before moving on to other build back of the building. Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Franklin County George E. Weems Memorial Hospital

FMIT TurnKey Recovery Crews continue demo and replacement of the Franklin County Weems Memorial Hospital Roof damaged by Hurricane Michael late last year. In order to keep the Hospital in operation, SynergyNDS has provided a Temporary Food Trailer, Sleeping Trailer & Office Trailers for Hospital Staff during the duration of the repairs, with a temporary covered walkway connecting the temporary buildings for staff convenience. Additional interior repairs are also being completed to the Hospital building as part of the Hurricane Michael build back project. Projected Completion Date – 2020.

Baker County Agriculture Service Center Building

The SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery Team responds to the Baker County Agriculture Service Center after Staff noticed a small wet spot on the ground near the fence close to the well indicating a pipe leak. The leak eventually led to three office rooms and a part of the hallway becoming flooded with water, which was a result of two uncapped pipes located in the server room. The TurnKey Recovery Crews provided immediate stabilization services including capping the leaking pipes, drying and demo of water damaged carpet. Crews completed addition demo of water damaged drywall and are currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Orange WCID Maintenance Office – TX

Heavy rains and flooding from Tropical Storm Imelda caused approximately approximately 13 inches of water intrusion throughout the 1,300 SF (approx) facility, resulting in saturation of interior building materials, including flooring, drywall, furniture and contents. SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery Team is currently performing emergency services and repairs repairs including but not limited to water remediation and dry-out, selective demo, drywall replacement and flooring replacement. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Callaway Water & Sewer Storage Building

The City of Callaway Water & Sewer Storage Building sustained extensive roof damage from Hurricane Michael. The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team completed roof and gutter replacement and is currently wrapping up any remaining repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Calhoun County Senior Citizens Building

SynergyNDS responds to the Calhoun County Senior Citizens Building after extreme sustained winds from Hurricane Michael caused damage to the building roof, resulting in water intrusion throughout the just over 10,000 SF facility. Water intrusion led to water saturation of various interior building materials, including: ceiling tiles, drywall and flooring. The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team has completed roof replacement and the majority of interior repairs including but not limited to ceiling tile replacement, drywall repairs, painting & flooring. Final electrical work and interior cleaning is currently taking place. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Quincy Utilities Department

SynergyNDS responds to the City of Quincy Utilities Department after Hurricane Michael caused extensive damage to the roof in addition to interior damage to the front office, the two back offices , bathroom and closet. SynergyNDS provided immediate emergency stabilization including tarping the roof, water extraction, drying & containment services.  SynergyNDS completed roof replacement and is currently removing and replacing the damaged ceiling tiles inside the building.   Projected Completion Date – 2019.

St. Augustine Water Treatment Plant

SynergyNDS responds to the St. Augustine Water Treatment Plant after a fire damaged the Waste Solids Building, providing emergency services including cleaning the damaged structure and removal of fire damaged materials. Electrical contractor completed replacement of electrical wiring and overhead lighting. Crews continue to inspect and clean electrical components in wall lockers. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Cameron County Housing Authority – TX

SynergyNDS responds to the Cameron County Housing Authority after heavy rains caused flood damage to approximately 29 units, providing emergency services including water extraction, drying, and debris removal. Temporary storage units have been provided to store salvaged sinks, toilets, and showers that will be removed and reset during buildback.  Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Rockledge Old Police Station

SynergyNDS responds to the City of Rockledge after heavy rains caused damage to Former Police Station, currently referred to as Community Resource Center. SynergyNDS completed emergency services including drying the building, demo and is currently completing repairs to the building.   Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Quincy Corry Field

SynergyNDS responds to the City of Quincy Corry Field after Hurricane Michael caused significant damage to the Field House, Baseball Press Box & Football Press Box. SynergyNDS completed roof replacements and is currently developing scopes of work for the remaining repairs to the buildings.   Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Callaway Old School Museum

SynergyNDS responds to the Callaway Old School Museum after Hurricane Michael caused extensive damage to the building, providing emergency stabilization & demo services including tarping the roof and a temporary storage unit has been brought in order to used to store contents during the duration of the repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Mercedes Recreation Center – TX

SynergyNDS responds to the Mercedes Recreation Center after heavy rains caused flash flood damage to the building, providing emergency services including water extraction, drying, removal of damaged flooring and containment services. A temporary building has been brought in and is currently being assembled on-site to be used during the duration of the repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Greenwood Town Hall

The Greenwood Town Hall sustained extensive roof damage from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS completed roof replacement and is currently developing scopes of work for the remaining repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Palm Valley City Hall – TX

The Palm Valley City Hall sustained flood damage to interior surfaces (paneling and insulation) and contents. SynergyNDS completed initial emergency stabilization services including demo of wet carpet, disinfecting topical areas and beginning drying the structure. Additional demo of wall paneling and cleaning of wall cavities/stud plates will be completed along with developing scopes of work for repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Parker Peep Park

The Parker Peep Park Building sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services and is currently bidding out repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Deerfield Beach Press Box

SynergyNDS responds to fire damage at the Deerfield Beach Football Press Box. The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team performed damage assessments of the affected areas of the building and is currently developing scopes of work in order to complete repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Suwannee County Election Office

SynergyNDS responds to possible Sinkhole Damage at the Suwannee County Election Office Building after County Staff noticed increasing gaps in the ceiling and floors of the building. The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team is currently performing SPT Drilling tests around the affected areas to determine if sinkhole activity is present, and will take further action to remediate damages once the collected samples have been processed by lab technicians. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Callaway Concession Building

The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team continues buildback of the City of Callaway Concession Building after it suffered severe damage from Hurricane Michael late last year, with the majority of damages sustained to the second story of the building. Scopes of work to be completed include insulation, drywall, flooring & painting among other interior and exterior repairs. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Rockledge Municipal Building

FMIT TurnKey Recovery Program was there to support the City of Rockledge when a pipe leak caused water damage to the Municipal Building. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization services, containment services, demo of affected areas of the building and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Orange WCID #1 Various Equipment – TX

SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery continues repairs to various waste water treatment equipment at Orange WCID #1, TX which were damaged by Hurricane Harvey in late 2017. As a result of the unprecedented amount of rainfall from Harvey, many control panels were inundated from flood waters shorting out capacitors, controls, switches, relays and motor/pumps. The TurnKey Recovery Team is currently working diligently to repair and replace the remainder of the damaged equipment throughout the treatment plant. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Bridge City Various Lift Stations – TX

SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery continues repairs to various lift stations in Bridge City, TX which were damaged by Hurricane Harvey in late 2017. As a result of the unprecedented amount of rainfall from Harvey, many control panels were inundated from flood waters shorting out capacitors, controls, switches, relays and motor/pumps. The TurnKey Recovery Team is currently working diligently to repair and replace the remainder of the damaged lift station equipment throughout the city. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Palmetto Bay Village Hall

SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery Team responds to damage at the Palmetto Bay Village Hall after a suspect, now in custody, broke into the Village Hall after hours and proceeded to vandalize wall decor, video monitors, & other electronic equipment. SynergyNDS completed necessary drywall repairs along with replacement of damaged card readers. The TurnKey Recovery Team is currently completing recovery and copying of documents affected during the event. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Lake Butler Community Center

SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery Team responds to damage at the Lake Butler Community Center after faulty electrical wiring caused significant fire and smoke damage throughout the building. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization services in addition to demo of affected building materials and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Panama City Police Department

The Panama City Police Department sustained extensive damage to the administration building from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided a temporary office for employees and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Parker Police Department/Community Center

The Parker Police Department/Community Center sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including tarping the roof and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Panama City Civic Center

The Panama City Civic Center sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including tarping the roof and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Panama City Martin Theatre

The Panama City Martin Theatre sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including tarping the roof to prevent further leakage and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Calhoun County BOCC – Various Locations

The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners sustained extensive damage to multiple locations from Hurricane Michael including the Calhoun County Airport, Community Center & Library. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including tarping the damaged buildings to prevent further water damage and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Panama City MLK Recreation Center & Gymnasium

The Panama City MLK Recreation Center & Gym sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including demolition and removal of the destroyed gymnasium and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Callaway Leisure Services Building

The Callaway Leisure Services Building sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including emergency drying, tarping the roof to prevent further damage and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Panama City ASAP Building

The Panama City After School Assistance Program Building sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including emergency drying, tarping the roof to prevent further damage and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Parker City Hall

The Parker City Hall sustained extensive damage to the roof and interior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including emergency drying, tarping the roof to prevent further damage and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

Panama City Fire Station #1

The Panama City Fire Station #1 sustained extensive damage to the roof and exterior from Hurricane Michael. SynergyNDS provided emergency stabilization and demo services including emergency drying, boarding up the damaged exterior sections of the building to prevent further damage and is currently completing repairs to the building. Projected Completion Date – 2019.

New Smyrna Beach Airport Hangar

The New Smyrna Beach Airport sustained extensive damage to several Hangar Buildings from Hurricane Matthew. Due to the shifting of structural members SynergyNDS is currently re-building (2) Hangar Building’s from the ground up. Projected Completion Date – Summer 2019.

New Smyrna Beach Gymnasium

SynergyNDS assists the City of New Smyrna Beach at the Gym & Teen Center after heavy winds from Hurricane Irma caused significant damage to the roof and interior of the building. Scope of Work includes new metal roof, hardwood gymnasium floor and other various interior repairs. Projected Completion Date – November 2018.

Palm Coast Fuel Canopy

SynergyNDS TurnKey Recovery assists the City of Palm Coast after they sustained damage to their Metal Fuel Canopy from a dump truck striking the Canopy multiple times. Scope of Work includes removal of temporary tents, fuel pump/tank & electrical connection to Fuel Canopy, demo and replacement of the damaged Canopy. SynergyNDS also provided a temporary fueling station while Canopy replacement is being completed. Projected Completion Date – Fall 2018.

Manatee County – Various Roofing

High Winds from Hurricane Irma caused significant damages to several warehouse building at the Manatee County Port Authority.  The replacement of approximately 80,000 sq ft of roofing is currently underway. Projected Completion Date – Fall 2018.

Pensacola Mini Warehouse

Approximately 20 Interior Storage Units were damaged by fire & smoke. A section of the building was deemed a total loss. Synergy is currently rebuilding a portion of the building. Project currently in Permitting stages. Projected Completion Date – November 2018.

Port Arthur Civic Center – TX

SynergyNDS assists the City of Port Arthur, TX recover the Bob Bowers Civic Center after heavy rains from Hurricane Harvey caused significant damage from flooding. In addition to the flood damage repairs, SynergyNDS is completing a large capital improvement for the Civic Center. Projected Completion Date – October 2018.

Port Arthur Public Library – TX

SynergyNDS assists the City of Port Arthur, TX recover the Port Arthur Public Library after heavy rains from Hurricane Harvey caused significant damage from flooding. In addition to the flood damage repairs, SynergyNDS is completing a large capital improvement for the Library. Projected Completion Date – October 2018.
